The chat history can be viewed not only in reports but also directly from the chat zone itself, if you select the History tab in the detailed visitor information area (fig. 1 - 1).
Each row of the table represents the chat session and consists of three indicators: date this chat took place (2), total number of messages in this chat (3) and the initial phrase (4). To expand the chat you want to view just click the corresponding row.
Chats are sorted by date in ascending order so that the latest chat is at the bottom of the table.
This displays the history of all chats with this visitor.
