Adding and removing sites
If you are still unaware of the difference between Sites and Domains within the Netrox SC terminology, please make sure to visit this page
Adding a site
In order to add a new site to an Account:
- Select Account in the upper system interface menu
- Select the General subsection tab
- If you administer several accounts, make sure that in the dropdown menu above you have selected the account of the organization you want to add a site to. If you only have one organization account, the dropdown menu will not be available.
- In the left menu select Attached websites
- Press the Add site button

In the ensuing prompt box Attaching a new site fill in the "Name" field.
The site name is not a mandatory field. If it is not filled-in the system will use the home site domain as the name.
Specifying a name that is different from the base domain makes sense if you use the site mechanism in Netrox SC to divide the correspondence area on one domain name based on a region, language or other criteria. -
Make sure to fill in the mandatory Domain field.
Specify the home domain without protocol or www..
Correct: netroxsc.com
Incorrect: http://netroxsc.com - Press the Add button

Editing site name
At any time you can change the site displayed in the Netrox SC interface. In order to do that, please:
- Go to Account -- General
- If you administer several accounts, make sure that in the dropdown menu above you have selected the account of the organization you want to add a site to. If you only have one organization account, the dropdown menu will not be available.
- In the left menu select Attached websites
- In the provided site list click the line corresponding to the site whose name you need to edit.
- Press the Edit button
- In the activated text input field edit the site name and press the Save button
Deleting a site
ATTENTION! deleting a site irreversibly deletes settings of chat windows on said site. Exercise extreme caution.
In order to delete a site:
- Go to Account -- General
- If you administer several accounts, make sure that in the dropdown menu above you have selected the account of the organization you want to add a site to. If you only have one organization account, the dropdown menu will not be available.
- In the left menu select Attached websites
- In the provided site list click the line corresponding to the site you need to delete.
- Press the Delete button
- Confirm your decision.
