List of variables for filter conditions

The variables whose values can be checked when creating visitor filtering conditions.

String variables

String variables are not case-sensitive.
  1. Email

    Email address the visitor specified in the chat window.

  2. IP address

  3. utm_campaign

    The ad campaign tag assigned by the source to the landing page (the page the visitor started viewing the site from).

  4. utm_medium

    The traffic source type tag assigned to the landing page.

  5. utm_source

    The transfer source tag assigned to the landing page.

  6. Browser

    Name of the Internet browser and its version, separated by a space.

    For instance: Chrome 43
  7. City

    Name of the city identified by Netrox SC using the visitor's IP address.

  8. Domain

    The domain is defined as a symbolic name without stating the protocol or pathways.

    For instance: www.netroxsc.ru
  9. Additional field 1 / 2 / 3

    Value of one of a visitor's additional properties that could be entered by the visitor themselves in the chat window or assigned in software via Javascript-API.

  10. Landing page header

    Header (the value of the "title" tag) of the page that the visitor started browsing the site from (the landing page)

  11. Page header

    Header (the value of the "title" tag) of the current page

  12. Chat handle

    The name the visitor entered in the chat window

  13. Transfer source

    Full URL of the page the visitor switched from. For instance: http://help.netrox.sc/auto_filter_conditions_vars.aspx/?someparam=1#criteria_referrer

  14. OS

    Name and version of the operation system, separated by a space.

    For instance: Windows 8
  15. Landing page parameter

    Arbitrary parameter of the landing page request line. When selecting this filter criterion you will be prompted to fill in 2 input boxes: parameter name and test value.

    For instance, a third-party source has created a following link to our site: http://www.netroxsc.ru/?param1=42&param2=213
    Using this criterion, we can check the landing page for the presence of parameters param1 and param2 as well as its values
  16. Page parameter

    Arbitrary parameter of the current page request line. When selecting this filter criterion you will be prompted to fill in 2 input boxes: parameter name and test value.

  17. Search query

    The search query that the visitor used to find your site, if the transfer source was identified as a search engine.

    Currently the main search engines refuse to give out search queries in an explicit form. It would be more fitting to use the utm_campaign criterion, comparing its value to ad campaign identifiers that you have set up in the search engine.
  18. Landing page

    Landing page full URL.

    The page is defined as the relative path throughout the site.
    For instance: /system/calculator
  19. Country

    Name of the country identified by Netrox SC using the visitor's IP address.

  20. Page

    Current page full URL.

    The page is defined as the relative path throughout the site.
    For instance: /system/calculator
  21. Telephone

    Telephone number the visitor specified in the chat window.

Integer variables

  1. Visit #

    Current number of the visitor's visit to your site.

  2. Site time

    Integer value in seconds. This is the time this visitor has spent on the entire site.

  3. Site time

    Integer value in seconds. The time the visitor has spent on the current page. With every switch between pages the count restarts.

  4. Week day

    Integer from 1 to 7 specifying the week day based on the visitor's time.

    Please note that the week day count starts with Sunday (day 1).
  5. Pages viewed

    Overall number of site pages viewed by the visitor during the current visit.

  6. Register 1 / 2 / 3

    Visitor's additional integer permanent fields that can be assigned in software using Javascript-API

  7. Flag 1 / 2 / 3

    Visitor's additional integer session fields that can be assigned in software using Javascript-API

  8. Hour of the day

    Integer number from 0 to 23 referring to the numerical order of the current hour of the day (visitor's time zone and time settings)

    For instance at 1:45 PM the value of the "Hour of the day" criterion will be 13

Binary variables

  1. JS

    Test of the value of an arbitrary Javascript function on the site. Please type in the name of the function you created without brackets in the input field.
    This criterion allows for making up for the potential lack of conditions for filter testing.

    An object will be put in your function as a parameter. The id property of this object will contain the identifier of the filter whose condition is being currently checked.
    If the function does not return the value or errors come up during its execution, its result will be deemed as false.
  2. Mobile device

    This displays whether the visitor used a mobile device or a desktop system to access the site.
